Add a hyperlink to the space navigation. You can link to internal or external web pages. Enter the Tab name and Tab URL. Upload or choose an icon. Then click Save.
Supported by the CoLab-Online Team, each space is designed to meet the needs of the group. Organizations & community groups, use customized private collaborative spaces for their networks, projects and more.
Administrators, or Moderators, of each community space create and maintain their unique space. These are features are customized per space and may be turned on/off depending on the needs of your community. Phases of development for Space creation include decisions in regards to membership, permissions, features, process and management.

Articles/News are written content that inform members about a certain topic(s).
Blog posts are less formal content that provide an opinion about topic(s).
Calendar & Events are used for important dates, meetings and deadlines.
Cases are great for tracking just about anything, from project tasks to support.

Discussions are organized into a set of forums. Members can "like", comment and reply.
Polls & Surveys provide a way to take votes and opinions from space members.
This file management system may be as flexible or sophisticated, according to your needs.
Videos are visual content that inform readers about a certain topics.
Ideas are suggestions that members can post and vote on.
Wikis are another way to organize and manage content.
